| Hello members of OCA, As you know, ACA has developed and is working to implement an Interstate Counseling Compact. Compacts are a solution for licensure portability and provide a pathway for counselors to move seamlessly from one state to another through an agreement among compact states. In a continued effort to engage OCA members in the development of this compact, the OCA’s Government Relations Committee will be holding two different Town Halls. These Town Halls will be a continuation of our efforts to answer your questions regarding the compact, to engage in conversation brainstorming the potential positive and negative implications of the proposed compact if enacted, and to update you on the development of the compact here in the state of Ohio.
